Customers are required to arrive on time for their training session, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

- All riders must be a minimum of 16 years of age
Important to Know
- All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
- Riders must meet height and safety requirements. If you’re under 160 cm, please let us know so we can adjust accordingly.
- Group bookings should be made under one name for a smoother check-in process.
- If you’re booking a private or large group tour, please get in touch with us directly to ensure availability and to tailor the experience to your group’s needs.
- Advanced booking is mandatory.
- Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
- Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
