Customers are required to arrive on time for their tour, as there is a 30-minute check-in and gear-up process.

Important to Know

All participants must sign a waiver before the ride.
2-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 1 passenger, and 4-seater Buggies can accommodate 1 driver and 3 passengers—be sure to book accordingly.
If you have any specific needs or requirements, please contact us in advance so we can accommodate you.
For group bookings or corporate tours, ensure all bookings are made under a single name for easier coordination.
Advanced bookings are required due to high demand.
Please make sure that you select your desired experience/vehicle option from the booking list. Any error in the booking could result in the cancellation of the session, which would also be non-refundable.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy:

5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
