Arrive on time, as there will be a brief check-in and safety overview before the session starts.

Important to Know
- Own vehicle required—rental is not provided for this service.
- Advance booking required—contact us to reserve your session.
- Sessions may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
- 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 25% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 50% of the standard total price will be charged. The remaining balance will be kept as a credit against future bookings for up to 1 year.
- Within 48 hours or no show: No refund or credit will be given.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added. Your session will still end at the original booked time.
