Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: 1. Discount vouchers are valid only for the specified period of the promotion. 2. Vouchers are only valid for Buggy & Quad Bike Tour experiences. 3. Bookings are subject to availability and all bookings are pending confirmation on review.  4. All bookings are confirmed only once reviewed and approved by the bookings team and on receipt of the confirmation email. 5. Vouchers can be used only once per booking. 6. VAT is excluded from the discounted rate - 5% VAT Applicable on the cost of purchase. 7. The original email with the voucher code must be shown to the SAZ booking team on the tour date before beginning the tour. 8. The voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offer. 9. To confirm your booking, it is mandatory to make an upfront payment of 50% of the total due amount. An online payment link will be shared with you by our team for the same. Please ensure timely payment to avoid any cancellation of your booking. 10. Cancellation Policy:  * Prior to 5 days before the tour/session date: a fee of 20% of the standard total price will be charged and the remaining balance will be refunded.  * Within 5 days of the tour/session date, a fee of 20% of the standard total price will be charged, no refund will be made but the remaining balance will be held as a credit against any future booking.  * Within 48 hours or no show: no refund or credit will be given.  * Late Arrival: If arriving late for your session, no extra time will be given past your session finishing time. * Credit: Should you receive credit due to cancellation, it must be used within 1 year. 11. Minimum Age for Riders: * Buggy Tours: 18+ * Quad Bike Tours: 16+ 12. Pre-booked tours may be cancelled and rescheduled in the event of inclement weather or hazards with prior notification to customers provided that accurate contact details are given.
